Fun Golf Event

We cordially invite you to join us for the much-anticipated AIWM networking event.

This year, we are bringing everyone together for an eventful and fun day of Golfing.

EVENT DETAILS

Date: Thursday, 14 October 2021

Time: TBA once flight has been confirmed

Venue: Sentosa Golf Club, Serapong Course,
27 Bukit Manis Road, Singapore 099892

Format of Play: Timesheet

No. of Flights: 6 flights (24 pax)

F&B: Light breakfast at Golfer’s Terrace, 2 person per group (fully vaccinated only)

Arrival at Club: Please time your arrival no earlier than 45 mins before your Tee-off

Kindly note that an SGD150.00 no-show penalty fee per person is applicable for this event. If you register now but are unable to attend closer to the date, please inform support-SG@aiwm.sg 3 days before the event. Thank you!

For interested participants, please read the important reminders below before you register.

Entry & Arrival:

Your temperature will be checked and you will be required to check-in and check-out with SafeEntry via any of these methods:

• QR Code (located at entry points) or
• Scan NRIC/Passion Card/Trace Together App or Singpass App

Gentle Reminders from the Club:     

1. The Club has a strict No Entry for:

• those who are quarantined, serving their Stay-Home-Notice or have travelled overseas in the last 14 days, unless exempted by the relevant authority.
• those who are unwell, having a fever or experiencing flu-like symptoms.

2. Golfers, please:

• Plan your trip to allow time to complete your SafeEntry check on arrival.
• Practice safe distancing at least 2 metres apart and abide by Safe Play requirements:

– Don’t touch flagsticks
– No bunker rakes – local rule applies
– No on course ball washers
– No on course water stations
– No sharing of golf equipment

• Mask up at all times.
• Please be ready to play on arrival. Proceed to your respective buggies and report to your Tee-off stations 15minutes before your assigned Tee-off time.
• In the event play is suspended, such as during lightning warning, the affected session may be cancelled.
