The Group employs around 600 people and is present in 14 major financial centres in Europe, US and the Middle East.

Kepler Cheuvreux Solutions, the business line dedicated to the research and commercialisation of tailor-made structured investment solutions, was created in 2011. As part of the Kepler Cheuvreux Group, the department places Research at the heart of its offering, and benefits from the critical scale of a major financial services player. Having no trading book, Kepler Cheuvreux Solutions objectively identifies the best investment opportunities for its clients. Its unique positioning allows it to meet the needs of institutional investors, asset managers, and distribution networks. One-third of this business line are financial engineers working in open architecture with more than 30 issuers worldwide.

The Group has established strategic partnerships with Asia-Pacific leaders to promote its global investment offering :

• – In 2019, Kepler Cheuvreux entered into a cooperation agreement in equity research in Asia Pacific & Europe with Macquarie
• – In 2024, Kepler Cheuvreux Solutions concluded a strategic partnership with Conduit Group to provide bespoke investment solutions to Singaporean investors.

Kepler Cheuvreux Solutions has been providing tailor-made investment solutions to External Asset Managers for more than 13 years. The business line offers a comprehensive investment toolbox for Singaporean EAMs, across their entire investment cycle :

• – Structured Products issued in an open architecture across various asset classes, leveraging Kepler Cheuvreux’s engineering expertise and renowned independent research for underlying asset selection.
• – Actively Managed Certificates, enabling investors to implement customised investment strategies within an accessible and flexible investment wrapper.
• – Quantitative Solutions, empowering investors to optimise their portfolio, benefit from detailed financial & extra-financial analytics, and implement the latest best practices in the ESG field.
• – Marketing & Digital Services to enhance the commercialisation of products within distribution networks, provide training of financial advisers, and offer digital portfolio monitoring through Kepler Cheuvreux Solutions’ web platform: KCS Blue.

In 2024, Kepler Cheuvreux Solutions announced it had traded more than USD 7bn annually in investment solutions, a significant portion of which was executed for the wealth management industry.
